Aras is a young man who lost his family in a traffic accident when he was very young and grew up in an orphanage. He has been searching for his brother for years, whom he learned survived the accident and was adopted by a family. He receives an anonymous tip about his brother's whereabouts and sets off for Bodrum. Upon arriving there, his path will cross with the Akkaya family, the most powerful family in Bodrum. Enrolled in the Bodrum Education Foundation High School, owned by the Akkaya family, Aras will face great challenges on his quest to find his brother, forging both lasting friendships and enmities from the very beginning. However, he will soon learn, in a painful way, that reaching his brother will not be so easy.

As Aras collapses to the ground wounded by Teoman, he notices the crow tattoo on Teoman's arm and believes he might be the brother he's been searching for all these years. Teoman's wounding of Aras is a shock to the Akkaya family, and Şebnem Akkaya is determined not to give up her son. Meanwhile, Hakan Akkaya learns Aras's true identity. What started as a difficult test for Aras in Bodrum will become even harder, and Hakan, the most powerful man in the city, will do everything in his power to prevent the two brothers from reuniting, due to his dark past that he must conceal. However, Hakan's efforts to distance Aras are thwarted by Teoman's furious actions towards Aras, unexpectedly bringing the two brothers face to face.

The boat Aras and Teoman are on has started to drift in the middle of the sea, and as Teoman's eyes close, it seems like he recalls a memory. This memory will later prompt him to ask questions. Afterward, Aras will pursue the newspaper in Teoman's possession. As a result of the trail he follows, he gets one step closer to his sibling, while Teoman, having set out on this path with the words “I will find your sibling before you do,” will find himself questioning his past.

This causes Leyla to distance herself from him. Just when Aras thinks he's lost everything and is about to get into trouble, Teoman appears. Aras realizes that Demir is hiding from him for some reason when he finds the journalist's office—who had lied about his brother's death—completely empty. When he connects the small clues, he will begin to suspect Serhat as the person sending the messages. Meanwhile, Teoman has found the phone Serhat used to talk to Aras and, upon calling the only saved number, hears Aras's voice on the other end. Thinking that Serhat and Aras are up to something, Teoman will head that way; however, he won't escape Hakan's wrath. Teoman's constant proximity to Aras is causing the curtain of the past to lift from time to time for him. When Şebnem learns who Aras is, she will have to take harsher measures alongside her husband. But, contrary to their expectations, this measure will once again bring Teoman and Aras together. Moreover, this time, Leyla is right at the center of everything that's happening.

Serhat, realizing he’s about to be exposed, has sat down at the bargaining table with Hakan based on what he knows and gotten what he wanted. Aras, upon learning who he is, has kidnapped Serhat along with Metin to find out his brother’s whereabouts. Just as Aras gets this close to his brother, Serhat’s attempt to escape causes an accident. Finding his brother becomes a bit more difficult for Aras. Hakan’s mistake in trying to eliminate Serhat will lead Aras to the Akkaya villa. The person who helps Aras enter the villa will be Leyla, who is fed up with the pressures from her family, especially her mother. Meanwhile, Deniz being left without a dress due to dirty water flooding their home will cause the paths of Teoman and Deniz to cross.

However, an unexpected name joins this event: Teoman. Teoman finds himself in the midst of a tension he never anticipated. This tension will cause Teoman to lose control over his suppressed emotions. Leyla becomes the target of the dormitory children's anger. The children, blaming the Akkayalar for what happened to Aras, don't want to let Leyla into their midst. Aras tries to keep Leyla away from himself to protect her. Every step Aras takes to protect her will only deepen Leyla's resentment toward Aras.
